Remembering the Not So Good Times of 1996 and 1997
1996 starts out with a mysterious deposit into my Bank of America checking account in the
amount of $7807.60 USD from an unknown source on 28,FEB,1996. I notify the Bank, asking where
is this from, telling them to look into it for me, and as suspected it was not my money, and they took it out
of my account later that year.

(I now actually believe that CSU Chico's ECST had counterintelligence operations in place
concerning me even before I showed up in 1994 spring, furthermore the whole time I
was a student there it was ongoing, after I returned briefly in 2003 and 2005 it was ongoing
and it is even ongoing today... futhermore... I believe most of these local Butte County
counterintelligence operations go as far back as when I meet "Dirty Duck" and "Zappa" CB
radio (27.075Mhz AM) characters living in Durham CA on "Good Speed" street when I was
12th grader at PHS waiting to enter USAF 9 month delayed enlistment, seems to me back
then "911" type attack on NY was a topic of discussion while visiting on "Good Speed" street
aditionally these close nit dirtbags likely first "practice" on people domestically, even among their competition perhaps, and
then when they are "experienced" are let-loose/allowed to operate internationally, it is very-likely
someone jumped the gun and decided to start screwing with me (as-their-would-be-competition) via proxy while I
was still attending school 1994+present...
Later that year I join the McLoud Simulation Institute at CSU Chico, but I did not feel very comfortable with this right from the start!

friends of purple VW (UMG542) "ROBERT" who was live in guest of apartment (#35) directly bellow me (#36),
"ERICKH or DAVE" and driver of purple VW (UMG542) "ROBERT" were intimately/directly responsible for activities causing me extreme concern and relocating to Parmac rd (#45) apartments
((uninvolved neighboor/friend "DAVID" living downstairs next to laundry room was in Coast-Guard and engineering student and was a good tennant))...
[[Since 1995-1996 I observed Erich operate at the City Plaza and even in 1995-1996 I suspected PSY skill on/near him that is best described by me as him 'always' having someone at arms length going to 'battle' or
approaching a 'target' then I suspect him using PSY he swaps himself with 'target' his buddy watches over his body while 'target' is temporarily in it and any on-lookers don't even know what happened (a-psychic-switch-took-place)
and before switching everyone back to their normal body ERICH controls the 'target' PSYche/body to do whatever, (incriminating-crime-or-letting-a-suspect-go-if-target-was-police-officer) then a switch back to everyone's normal
body occurs beforelong... hence I find him extraordinarily dangerous, by now organized crime may have grown up and matured around the PSY switch idea/trick that I believe this person is capable of]]...

As far as I know I loose! I had to move to Parmac road #45 apartment, then move to Cedar street #946
apartments, my grades were being effected and I had to do summer school so I then moved once more
again before graduating in august 1997 and going on to work for IBM in San Jose Ca. In San Jose
Ca. I had to move once again from 5275 Vera Lane h211 apartment, when I moved this time I moved into a
Motor Home, I was already
not spending time in my apartment for the chemical odors that were being introduced into my
living space even at H211 Vera Ln in San Jose, I would regularly spend nights in the back of my Chevy Celebrity car parking
wherever I can and sleeping in a sleeping bag while paying $775.00 a month for rent in an
apartment that I was not safe in, left and right of me was young african on one side and jewish 55+ freemason type on my
other side on Vera LN in San Jose, on warner st in Chico either #32 or #30 was rented by african female who probably was part of
army'ish type candelstein operation where her african boyfriend BMA 33 likely from apartment attik area obeserved/introduced smells
into my apartment two-three doors down from them... All this moving on my behalf was caused by "major drug dealing
dirt bags" sending chemical odors into my living space trough air currents at each and every
new location *(and likely observed by special forces counterinteligence army pukes who did very little to stop it) that I moved to,
sometimes drilling holes in the crappy paper walls common in America to assist the air flow of their poisons... This sort of thing happened only one other
time when I was 14-16 years old living in Pomona and my Dad was the apartment manager on 622 Del Rosa place, tenants below our apartment #12 were cooking and/or
using their drugs some time in 1983-1985 and the odors were unbearable in the directly upstairs apartment where we lived, it was wery difficult to evict them.
From starting 1995-1996 in Chico 1431 Warner ST #36 I had to move numerous times after reporting the initial "major drug dealing dirt bags"
to the Chico Police and Butte County Sheriff Departments narcotics division. I had to move because I was
systematically harassed and the police were doing nothing, even the apartment manager "Brad" waited untill I moved out before evicting
the offending tennats from apartments 33-35-37 (directly bellow plus left and right of them), leading me to think that the "major drug dealing dirt bags" were hired
by "major international intelligence dirt bags" to harass me as much as possible starting from 1995-1996 and under african special operations army
pukes living/monitoring up close and personal (attik-spaces) a few doors down from me lived african lady whose visiting friend from time to time likely spent days in
attik area above mine #36... Thinking back it is far to unlikely that ordinary "major drug dealing dirt bags" were motivated enough on their own to go trough the
extreme organization necessary to follow trough years worth of harassment against me and I assign responsibility to the sophistication, persistence and organization
necessary to pull this long term harassment off
using different people at each step to "major international intelligence dirt bags" which is OSI and army puke special operations!
(("Robert" was the "guest" person in apartment directly bellow mine
cutting sewer pipe in bathroom and collecting DNA samples of hair/skin/whatever as far back as 1996 the same
DNA retreival system is ongoing at my current residence since 2006 at 600 Flume st #304 only difference
is using bathroom of next door apartment #305 sharing the wet wall... here at 600 Flume st #304 the
candelstein operations are NOT an afterthought, it was built into apartment complex from day one, including full access to inbetween floor space
room for thin peoples extended stay inbetween floors, also at 1431 Warner bellow #36 the bathroom floor was cut (I hear/deduce) to be able to move
drugs/material in/out of apartment onto ground bellow and back of apartment basement vent and the cut hole into bathroom floor was later enlarged
to be able to smuggle PSY person without arms/legs living in basket into this apartment, so while drugs were in fact present and a motive for residents
there, it was also simultaneously a cover for way more serious cruel international inteligence activity involving PSY reader and army-OSI special operations
observing only as these disrtbags were using PSY skilled individual against me plus collecting DNA/other from pipes and in the end smoking me out of my
apartment via extremely ether smells that reduced my pupils to nearly size of rice in the darkness of night when pupils would enlarge all these activities were
easily overheard by me including the constructions leading out to under the apartment complex to the dusty dirt and out to the basement vent in back parking lot
under my window and was in fact detected by me...))
After this in 1996-1997 I continue to move and evade even in San Jose on Vera Ln apartments I had african neighboor of special forces army puke type
next door who likely spent time in attik area above my H211 apartment and at some point the technical harassments become more direct than ever,
including the use of energy weapons that go trough cheap American paper walls and simple glass windows to target your inner body parts,
inducing cancer and other abnormal cell development, at first I don't bother to tell police
because I asume I already told them via the observation report I mailed to Chico-PD before I conclud that I am on my own and they are NOT going to do
anything about the dirtbags (purposefully) "allowed" to move in the two-three apartments bellow my (#36 on 1431 Warner st...) Interesting point I remember here in 2011-sep
that a squirly white 22-26 year old blond 155lb Chico police officer never seen before 1995 visit to my #36ap for "loud-noise-complaint" asking me to turn my music
down he seemed similar to my once AF SPS K9 friend Kowsky from McAFB but not same person, although this guy had a second language as english type accent, then in again
in 2006-2009 I am once more visited by nearly identical squirmly blond 155lb Chico PD officer at the Chico Plaza, same accent as if english was his second language and
learned english after 12-15 years speaking another language only.. I wonder what role is this person playing showing up so infrequently and never seen on Chico police
force??? TDY to Chico police from Air Force or worst from a foreign country possibly not even a police officer anywhere??? (I kind of peg him as Serb/Bosnian/Herczegoneen/Slav-Slovak-or-Chech-for-sure)
and the police I alerted either don't care or this harassment is condoned by them (USAFOSI) and
telling them about it would be a waste of time... Then in 2000 spring I still write a 50+ page summary/report to
USAF OSI office at McCleland AFB and get into as much detail as possible including my
suspicions that it is them who are behind the hired dirt bags harassing me all this time starting with 1431 Warner #36... as
well as what I thought about of previous attacks on America and likely future attacks... then my motorhome is thoroughly
searched for nearly seven hours in Texas on 04-MAR-2001... this is the motorhome I buy
in 1997 December I bought a
Motor Home and moved into it January 1998 and it is what I lived in till I returned the
Motor Home to the mortgage
company on 22.OCT.2004 and moved to HUNGARY after resigning my U.S. Citizenship on
30.SEP.2004 in protest over the inability to bring the defendant (Texas Department of Public
Safety) to justice in Federal Court in Dallas Texas for the
Illegal Search of my Motor
Home on 04.MAR.2001. Once even the mechanical operation of my Motor Home was attacked, damage
to hydraulic high pressure hose that went unnoticed because it was unexpected and slow loss
of hydraulic fluid led to loss of steering and brakes, but did not allow for emergency brakes
to activate because the "slowness" of the leak prevented the emergency brake cylinder to
actually release pressure against the spring that operates the emergency brake... Clever
hack! Almost caused a major accident in 1999 while driving from Livingston Texas back to
California! On and On! I had 50+ pages to hand over to USAFOSI in the spring of 2000...
Then in 2005 after finding out that I am still a US Citizen I returned to Chico and quickly (4-months) I was
allowed to move in to 600 Flume Street #304 where I have been radiated, exposed
to REM sleep "dream" lie detection human-machine systems to search my PSYche, more DNA colletion, and basicaly been treated like a suspect
of some sort, so there is NO HAPPY ENDING any time soon... Mostly starting to think that these duchebags are in fact
government agents, contractors, sub-contractors and their activities was/is definately blessed by the law enforcement
and duchebag american inteligence systems...
Also possible that it all started with retaliation harasment of family members of my Dad who was in 1995-1996 time frame starting work as translator for IFOR a part
of NATO operations that later became SFOR in the then (mid-1990s) Bosnian conflict, of course the retaliators being all those whom were unhappy with American
intervention and retaliating against or harasing relatives of people helping that project, could also be "friendly" fire from Americans wanting
competitive high paying over-seas jobs and discouraging harasees from compeeting in those job areas...
